• If a property booking is canceled by the client within the timeline specified in the agreement, a refund may be issued after deducting processing or administrative fees.

2. Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are only applicable for transactions that comply with the terms of the agreement signed during the booking process.
• No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or agreements finalized.

3. Non-Refundable Charges:

• Administrative, registration, and consultation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Refund Processing Time:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited via the original payment method.
• Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
